Before using the Adventure Park Postojna, every participant must familiarize themselves with these rules. Before use, participants must confirm with their signature that they are aware of and agree with these rules. Participants under the age of 18 must be informed about these rules by an adult, who must confirm this with their own signature. By signing, the participant confirms that they participate in the activities of Adventure Park Postojna at their own risk.
The use of Adventure Park Postojna involves risks and is carried out at the participants' own responsibility. For the operator's liability, see point 7.
Adventure Park Postojna is suitable for participants older than 4 years who do not have physical or mental conditions related to heights that could pose a health or other risk to themselves or others. Children under the age of 15 may only use the park when accompanied by a responsible adult. Additional requirements apply to the use of individual courses/tracks of different difficulty levels:
Small items such as jewelry, mobile phones, cameras, etc., are not allowed during the use of Adventure Park, as they may pose a danger to the participant and others.
Every participant must attend a safety briefing consisting of theoretical and practical parts. All instructions given by the instructor or organizer are binding and must be followed. In case of violations, the participant may be required to leave the park. The operator does not accept any claims for compensation in case of safety violations.
Safety equipment provided to participants — including a climbing harness, safety carabiner, and zipline trolley — must not be removed or given to others during use. Equipment must be used in accordance with the instructor’s or organizer’s guidelines and returned after use. The carabiner must always be clipped onto the harness’s loop. Participants must ensure it is attached to the safety cable at the start of the course, marked with a red sign. On sections marked with blue, the zipline trolley must also be attached. If in doubt, the visitor must immediately contact an instructor.
The operator of Adventure Park Postojna is liable for personal injury only within the framework of legal provisions. Liability for material or financial damage is accepted only in cases of gross negligence by the organizer or appointed personnel.
Only one person is allowed on each activity at a time. No more than two people may be on a platform simultaneously. The courses may only be used in accordance with the conditions specified in point 3.
The management reserves the right to require individuals who do not follow these rules to leave the Adventure Park Postojna immediately. The management also reserves the right to stop activities for safety and technical reasons (fire, storm, thunderstorm, etc.). In such cases, refunds are not possible. Refunds are also not provided if a participant voluntarily leaves the park.
Use of the park under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that impair mental or physical capabilities is strictly prohibited. Smoking while using the park or wearing safety equipment is not allowed.
Use of Adventure Park Postojna outside of official opening hours is strictly forbidden!
